Minimum Pig Roast is for 50 people
and includes plenty of pig, guaranteed not to run out,
Baked Beans, Cole Slaw or Potato Salad, Buns and or French
Bread, and Sweet Baby Rays BBQ Sauce, Plates, Napkins, and
Plastic-ware. We arrive on site approximately 1 1/2 - 2 hours
prior to your serving time, set everything up, carving
the pig and clean-up. All you have to do is enjoy your
guests and our food.
Cost is $ 799.00 for
the First 50 people and $ 14.99 per person for each
additional guest. (Plus 15% service charge).
We require a $ 100.00
Non-Refundable Deposit to Hold the date. 50 % of the balance
is due at contract signing, and final Balance and count is
due 7 days prior to the event.
